About

Adriana Ragland, LMSW

AR headshot.JPEG

Adriana is an Licensed Master Social Worker preparing to take her NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 3 years of experience in the field.  Adriana's focus is working with adults 18 and older.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing ADHD, anxiety, or the demands of caring for others. Whether you're struggling with focus and organization, experiencing persistent worry and stress, or feeling emotionally exhausted from caregiving responsibilities, you deserve support that helps you feel understood and empowered.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Adriana specializes in working with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, caregiver burnout, and caregiver fatigue. She is particularly passionate about supporting parents and caregivers of children with disabilities who often balance multiple responsibilities while putting their own needs last. Caregiving can be rewarding, but it can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally draining. Therapy can provide a space to process those challenges, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your own wellbeing.

Adriana's approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based.

While waiting for independent licensure Adriana will be under the direct supervision of Alyssa Pepe-Johnson, LCSW (NYS LCSW 092233).  Adriana will soon be accepting Univera and private pay clients with Sunday availability.
