Emily Wright, LCSW

Emily Wright, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 11 years of experience helping individuals and families find balance, healing and growth. She has experience working with children, adolescents and young adults.
Emily is very passionate about the work she does and finds
this work to be very rewarding. She believes therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative and centered on your unique story.
Emily has experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem issues as well as issues related to autism spectrum disorder.
She utilizes evidenced based therapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy and solution focused therapy. She finds using these interventions helps clients manage emotions, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful changes in their lives.
Whether you are navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, or life transitions, her goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered to move forward.
Emily is currently accepting new clients with daytime and evening availability. She is an in-network provider with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY, Independent Health and Univera.

Margarete (Meg) Hanson, LCSW

Meg is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. Meg specializes in working with individuals 13 and older.
Everyone deserves to feel safe and supported with someone neutral, who is there to listen to your story. Some people come with clear goals while some people don't know where to start - and both are okay! Meg's approach to therapy starts where the client is - focusing on what feels most important and meaningful to you. Meg utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches to motivate reflection and change. She is supportive, collaborative and focused on helping individuals build skills to feel confident and achieve success in their every day lives. Together, we can make sense of this wild thing called "life".
Meg has experience with children through adults in both the clinical and educational setting. She has helped clients with navigating mental health needs, life's transitions, and overcoming trauma. She provides a judgement free opportunity for the client to explore their thoughts, feelings and goals.

Under the Clinical Supervision of Alyssa Pepe-Johnson, LCSW

Mame is deeply passionate about guiding women on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. As a dedicated clinician, her goal is to create a compassionate and genuinely safe space where women feel empowered to explore their challenges, build lasting resilience, and take meaningful, confident steps toward personal growth. Her clinical experience is centered on working with adolescents and adults in both individual and group therapy settings.
Mame's approach is fundamentally trauma-informed and flexibly integrates a wide range of powerful therapeutic modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Crisis Intervention, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Strength-Based Therapy. Throughout her career, she has supported clients in navigating common yet complex personal challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, finding work-life balance, developing effective coping skills, and successfully managing difficult adjustments and major life transitions. She also specializes in forensic social work, providing essential mental health services to individuals who have been formerly incarcerated or are actively involved in the criminal justice system—a population she is particularly committed to serving.
Mame's personal go-to phrase of encouragement is always, 'Take baby steps.' I truly believe this because healing is a process that demands patience, expert guidance, and genuine perseverance. Above all, she is committed to empowering every client to reach their fullest potential through a deeply person-centered approach and personalized treatment plans designed specifically to meet their unique needs.
Mame is currently building her waitlist for January 2026 while she awaits credentialing with Univera. Mame will also accept private pay clients.
